Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including legal, accounting, and security obligations.
Account-related data is retained while the user maintains an active account.
Certain logs and technical records may be retained for a limited period for security, audit, and compliance purposes, after which they are securely deleted or anonymized.
Third-Party Data Sharing

- Legal authorities when required by law
- Business partners for joint services (with your consent)
We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Regulatory Status
TradingBots operates as a technology service provider and is not an investment firm as defined under the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive II (MiFID II).
We provide trading automation tools and technology solutions but do not offer investment services, portfolio management, or investment advice as regulated activities.
Users retain full control over their trading decisions and strategies when using our platform.
Non-Custodial Platform & API Key Handling
TradingBots is a strictly non-custodial platform. We never have access to, control over, or custody of user funds or assets at any time.
We do not store, hold, or manage:
- Exchange passwords or private keys
- Withdrawal permissions or capabilities
- User cryptocurrency or fiat currency funds
- Trading account balances or assets
API credentials, where used, are encrypted at rest using industry-standard security measures and are limited strictly to trading permissions as configured by the user. Withdrawal permissions are neither required nor supported on any connected API key.
Crypto-Asset Service Provider Status
TradingBots does not qualify as a Crypto-Asset Service Provider (CASP) under EU Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 (MiCA) or applicable Greek law. We do not execute, clear, settle, or intermediate crypto-asset transactions, nor do we act as a counterparty to user transactions.
Transaction Reporting
TradingBots is not a reporting entity. Cryptocurrency exchanges remain solely responsible for all transaction reporting, CARF (Crypto-Asset Reporting Framework) compliance, and regulatory obligations related to user trading activities.
Trading Automation Disclosure
Our platform provides automated trading tools that operate strictly under predefined, user-configured parameters. TradingBots does not exercise discretion over user accounts or trading decisions. All automation follows user-defined rules and strategies.
